Our product offer is exclusively reserved for entrepreneurs, retailers and traders based in the EU who act upon their commercial profession or self-employment at time of purchase. Delivery dates are stated in our sales order confirmations. VAT is not included in our published prices. If applicable this is revealed on the invoice at the day of invoicing. German speaking countries

Companies based in Austria can obtain our products through our sales partner BellEquip GmbH. Companies based in Switzerland can obtain our products through our sales partner Distrelec Group AG.

Shipping

We offer to send goods with DHL, UPS or forwarder. The shipping costs depend on weight, volume and delivery address of your order. Please note that deliveries to non-EU countries may be subject to customs duties on which we have no influence. For deliveries outside the EU please contact our sales team. Furthermore we reserve the right to adjust our freight charges on orders of over 31.5 kg or a volume of more than LxHxW 120x60x60 cm. The actual shipping rate is stated in our sales order confirmation.

Payment

Payment in advance: If you pay in advance, you will provided with our bank details by our profoma invoice. The original invoice is included in the package .
PayPal: Payment by Paypal is available to all customers. You will need a free PayPal account. More information can be found at PayPal. Please note that this incurs fees of 3 % of the order value.
Credit Card: You have the option to pay with your credit card through PayPal. To do so, select PayPal as payment method. After sending your order, a new window will open in which you log in with your account or pay with your credit card. Please note that this incurs fees of 3 % of the order value.
Purchase Orders: This payment method is not possible for a first time orders. Payments are due 30 days after invoicing without deduction.
